Adair Neely is the programs and operations director at Brother Bill’s Helping Hand, faithfully serving the West Dallas community for the past six years. After living in Spain and working as an English teacher, Adair cultivated a love for Spanish and making Jesus known, ultimately leading her to Brother Bill’s. In her position, Adair feels honored to be able to work with both adults and children in the West Dallas community through education, sports, discipleship, job training, and more. She is passionate about the way Brother Bill’s programs help empower and develop people to unlock their God-given potential.

Originally from San Antonio, Adair graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Spanish and human and organizational development in 2010, and later received her Master's in Christian ministry from John Brown University & the Kanakuk Institute. She is married to her college sweetheart, Robert, and they have recently become parents to a set of twins! Moving forward, Adair hopes to continue to provide programs that help neighbors to know Jesus, know their worth and become self-sufficient.
