Courtney Shwadlenak is the director of volunteer and food ministry at Brother Bill’s Helping Hand. In her position, Courtney manages volunteer coordination across all BBHH programs, and she also oversees grocery store resources and operations. Courtney is passionate about the ways she gets to serve her community and her neighbors every day through her role.

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication at Dallas Baptist University in 2007, but it was when she went on a short-term mission trip to Kenya in 2011 that The Lord placed ministry on her heart. This led her back to Dallas Baptist University where she worked in the Marketing office on campus, first began volunteering at Brother Bill’s Helping Hand and fell in love with the ministry.
