Blanca Marquez

Programs coordinator

Blanca Marquez serves as the Programs Coordinator at Brother Bill’s Helping Hand. As part of the programs team, Blanca enjoys being involved in the planning and execution of most of the programs at BBHH to help meet the neighbors’ needs.

Blanca was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico, but in 2010 she moved to Dallas with her family. In 2015 Blanca moved to West Dallas and that was when she first heard of BBHH. She started to receive groceries and attend the clinic. In 2018, she was enrolled in the Pathways Job Training and Empowerment Program for Women, which helped her feel more confident about completing her education. During that time, Blanca got to learn and hear more about God’s word and she decided she would love to be part of the organization, helping others as she was once helped.

Blanca graduated from El Centro College with an Associate’s of Science in 2018. Years later, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of North Texas in Dallas. Blanca joined BBHH team as a full-time employee in 2022. Blanca now resides in Oak Cliff with her family. She enjoys reading and spending time with her loved ones.
