Full-Time Volunteer Coordinator

Brother Bill’s Helping Hand is looking for a Christ-following, highly motivated, and people-focused individual who is passionate about serving the Dallas community! Our Volunteer Coordinator helps welcome and support volunteers, coordinate daily volunteer activities, build relationships with churches and organizations, manage volunteer opportunities and records, assist with programs and events, and help create a meaningful volunteer experience where everyone feels welcomed, valued, productive, and dignified in their service.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, flexible, an excellent communicator, and passionate about serving others while representing BBHH and, most importantly, Christ. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of nonprofit experience.

Full-time Programs Manager

Brother Bill's Helping Hand is looking for a passionate, Christ-centered, bilingual (English/Spanish) leader to join our team as our Programs Manager. In this full-time role, you'll lead our Pathways Job Training & Discipleship Program, oversee adult and evening programming, cultivate community partnerships, and create meaningful opportunities for adults and families to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to empower our neighbors through education, workforce development, discipleship, and community support.

If you have experience in nonprofit leadership, education, ministry, or workforce development and are passionate about serving others with dignity and the love of Christ, we'd love to hear from you.

Part-Time After School Assistant POsition

We are seeking a Christ-following, highly motivated, and dependable individual who desires to serve the children and families of the Dallas community. The After-School Program Assistant partners with the Youth & Children's Program Manager to provide a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered After-School Program for elementary students. This position includes leading the 3rd & 4th Grade classroom each Monday while supporting daily program operations throughout the week. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, building relationships, and creating an environment where students can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Typical work hours are Monday–Thursday from approximately 3:00 PM–6:00 PM during the school year. Availability on Mondays is required to lead the 3rd & 4th Grade classroom. Additional days are flexible based on the candidate's availability and program needs. Opportunities for additional hours beginning as early as 2:00 PM may be available to assist with program preparation.
