NTFB Benefits Assistance (Navigator Services)

Need help applying for public benefits? Brother Bill's Helping Hand partners with a Benefits Navigator to help neighbors access programs that can improve their family's well-being.

The Navigator can assist with applications and renewals for programs such as:

  • SNAP (Food Stamps)

  • Medicaid

  • CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program)

  • Medicare Savings Programs

  • Other state benefit programs, as eligible

The Navigator can also answer questions about eligibility, required documentation, and the application process, providing one-on-one support every step of the way.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

No appointment is required unless otherwise noted. Stop by during office hours to receive assistance.
