Nancy Lemus
programs coordinator
Nancy Lemus joined Brother Bill’s Helping Hand in September 2026 as the Adult Programs Manager. Before joining BBHH, she worked as a Grant Compliance Coordinator at Real Options, where she gained valuable experience supporting organizational programs and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting. Her professional background, combined with her passion for serving others, allows her to bring a unique perspective to her role at BBHH.
Nancy was drawn to BBHH because of its strong sense of community and the authentic family atmosphere among its staff. As the firstborn daughter of Salvadoran immigrant parents, Nancy grew up understanding the importance of family, supporting one another, and lending a helping hand, especially during difficult seasons. These values continue to shape her commitment to serving others and strengthening the community.
Nancy accepted Christ at the age of nine, though her understanding of faith has continued to grow throughout her life. After navigating a difficult relationship with the church, she developed a deeper, more personal relationship with Jesus toward the end of her college career. Today, she continues to grow in her faith, striving to surrender daily and trust in God's ongoing work in her life. Her faith remains an important part of who she is and how she approaches serving others.
Fun Fact: Nancy is an extremely heavy sleeper! As she jokes, if the fire alarms go off, you might just have to catch her in heaven!
