Viviana Juarez

Front Office Assistant Manager

Viviana joined Brother Bill’s Helping Hand in January 2025 as the Front Office Assistant Manager. In this vital role, she helps connect neighbors with the services and departments they need, manages registrations for the Grocery Store Program, and supports events like Produce Day through translation, communication, and outreach. She also oversees appointment scheduling, flyer creation, vendor relations, and staff supply needs, bringing organization and warmth to every aspect of her work.

Viviana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Certificate of Translation (English/Spanish) and is a certified LOTE (Languages Other Than English) Spanish teacher for grades 6–12. Her passion for serving others has led her around the globe, from working with the elderly in a nursing home during college to teaching English in South Korea and serving as a middle and high school Spanish teacher with Dallas ISD for eight years.

A proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, Viviana was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Despite experiencing deep personal challenges and trauma, she has always felt protected by God and led by a calling to help others. Her multicultural experience and heart for service make her a natural fit for the mission of BBHH.

In her free time, Viviana loves traveling (she’s visited every continent except Australia and Antarctica!), reading, trying new foods, learning about different cultures, and spending quality time with her husband and 6-year-old daughter.

Fun Fact: Viviana can read and speak very basic Korean!
