Natalia Barajas

fRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Natalia Barajas joined Brother Bill’s Helping Hand (BBHH) as the Front Office Coordinator in November 2022 before transitioning to the Social Services Department in January 2025 as the Assistant Social Services Manager.

In her current role, Natalia helps neighbors facing transportation barriers by enrolling them in BBHH’s Transportation Program, which provides rides to our grocery stores, medical appointments, and pharmacy visits. She also serves as a case manager for the Empower Financial Futures Program, assists with workshops and outreach initiatives, and visits other BBHH locations to connect community members with our wraparound services.

Committed to lifelong learning, Natalia regularly takes courses to enhance her ability to support BBHH’s neighbors. She holds an Associate of Arts from Dallas College, is a certified Community Health Worker, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Diversity Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. She also completed the Pathways Empowerment and Job Training Program at BBHH in Fall 2022, deepening her faith and strengthening her commitment to service.

Born in Morelia, Michoacán, México, Natalia moved to Dallas at age 16 and has spent most of her life in Oak Cliff. Her experiences at BBHH have empowered her to pursue higher education, gain new skills, and advance professionally. She is passionate about serving Dallas’ diverse communities and is dedicated to a career in Social Work.

Outside of Brother Bill’s, Natalia enjoys time with family and friends and tends to her cats, chickens, ducks, and her dog.
