Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
Late applications may be considered based on the program coordinator’s availability.
Class will be free based on income qualifications.

Your application packet must include the following to be considered complete and valid:
Copy of High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate
A copy of your high school transcript may be submitted instead, but it must include the graduation date.
Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.
Copy of a Valid (Non-Expired) U.S. or State Government-Issued Photo I.D.
Examples: passport, driver’s license, state ID card
Copy of Signed Social Security Card (Front and Back)
Copy of Personal Health Insurance Card (Front and Back)
Copy of Valid, Non-Expired American Heart Association BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider Card
Proof of Immunizations
All immunizations must be complete before starting the program.
Note: Students applying for the summer semester are not required to have a flu shot.
⚠️ Additional Tips
Keep a photocopy of everything you submit for your own records.
If seats are still available, students with incomplete documentation may later submit missing materials for reconsideration.
