Program Schedule

  • Start Date: Monday, October 20th

  • End Date: Monday through Thursday until March 23rd, 2026

  • Class Time: 6 PM – 9 PM

📝 Application Instructions

  • Deadline: All application materials must be submitted at least 2 days before the program start date.

  • Submission Options:

      • Dates:

        • Tuesday, September 30th from 5 PM – 7 PM

        • Tuesday, October 7th from 1 PM – 3 PM

Important Notes:

  • All emailed documents must be password-protected or the application will not be considered.

  • Incomplete applications will be disqualified.

  • Late applications may be considered based on the program coordinator’s availability.

  • Class will be free based on income qualifications.

📄 Required Documents

Your application packet must include the following to be considered complete and valid:

  1. Copy of High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate

    • A copy of your high school transcript may be submitted instead, but it must include the graduation date.

    • Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.

  2. Copy of a Valid (Non-Expired) U.S. or State Government-Issued Photo I.D.

    • Examples: passport, driver’s license, state ID card

  3. Copy of Signed Social Security Card (Front and Back)

  4. Copy of Personal Health Insurance Card (Front and Back)

  5. Copy of Valid, Non-Expired American Heart Association BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider Card

  6. Proof of Immunizations

    • All immunizations must be complete before starting the program.

    • Note: Students applying for the summer semester are not required to have a flu shot.

⚠️ Additional Tips

  • Keep a photocopy of everything you submit for your own records.

  • If seats are still available, students with incomplete documentation may later submit missing materials for reconsideration.
